Club 1000 - Club 500

The Fitness Department is offering a 1,000 pound and 500 pound weight lifting challenge available at each gym (Coleman, Perez and Vanguard). Participants that reach their goal earn bragging rights, have their names listed on a plaque in each gym (healthy motivator/competition), and earns official Club 1,000/500 T-Shirt.

1,000 Pound Club
A self-paced program consisting of 5 categories when combined equals 1,000 pounds.

1. Bench Press
2. Dead Lift
3. One-Arm Curl
4, Shoulder Press
5. Squat

500 Pound Club
A self-paced program consisting of 5 categories when combined equals 500 pounds. 

1. Bench Press
2. Dead Lift
3. One-Arm Curl
4, Shoulder Press
5. Squat
