A self-paced virtual and in-person (Coleman Gym) walking fitness program. This program encourages the community to get out and walk, and to encourage others. Watch Your Steps is a Walk and Wellness Program created by Family and MWR Fitness to get employees active and moving in-person and virtually. Participants receive a Wellness Passport Tracker of five health related goals: walking, reading, water intake, yoga, and exercise.
