Virtual Watch Your Steps is a walking and wellness encouragement program created by MWR Fitness to get people active and moving virtually during COVID-19.

Participants receive a wellness passport tracker of five health related goals; walking, reading, water intake, yoga (stretch) and exercise. Tell your friends, family and coworkers to join our social distancing 
wellness movement!  Great for retirees, too!
