Wednesday, January 16, 2019 - Wednesday, March 27, 2019. Watch Your Steps is a walk and wellness program created by MWR  Fitness to get employees active and moving. Participants receive a wellness passport tracker of the five related goals: walking, reading, hydration, yoga, and exercise. We’ll walk together, practice something new, and recommend healthy reading!
