Water group exercise designed for Special population uses modified moves for individuals who may have limitations such as: hip replacement, poor circulation, pregnant, etc.  Since these classes are slower, they are also great for Seniors. (Special populations, seniors)

Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, 5- 7 p.m., Patriots’ Park. This annual holiday celebration features artificial snow play area, ice carving demonstration, children’s activities, holiday music, and food trucks. And most importantly, a visit from Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus.

Let Outdoor Recreation take care of that for you! Join us for a shopping trip to Concord Mills in Concord, NC to get your holiday shopping done! Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride and then shop ‘til you drop. For $20 ODR will drive you there and then back so you can enjoy your shopping without the hassle of driving!

Biltmore Trip, Asheville, NC

Dec. 6: Biltmore Trip, Asheville, NC, 6:45 a.m.-6 p.m., meet at and return to Marion Street Station. Join Outdoor Recreation on a trip to visit the beautiful and historic Biltmore Estates in Asheville, NC while all decorated for the Holiday Season! You will be treated to an audio guided tour of the Biltmore Mansion as long with the opportunity to visit the rest of the estate which includes a winery, shopping, and gardens. If you have always wanted to go now is your chance!

Registration at Marion Street Station prior to Nov. 2 is required.  Open to all Authorized Id Card Holders and all age guests. Children must be accompanied by an adult. For more information call 803-751-3484.
