Begin the New Year with a New You. Join FMWR Fitness with their 90-Day Makeover Challenge. Over the course of 90 days, there will be challenges, workouts and tips issued. Participants are asked to come to Coleman Gym to officially sign up, get weighed and have their BMI taken.
