Gnome on the Roam

Visit the Post Library the month of January and search for the Library Gnome who moves each day (except Saturdays). Once the gnome is found, get a BINGO card from the front desk and mark the box of what the gnome was doing that day.  Once a row is filled (aka a BINGO), you can collect a small prize.

The combining of boxing aerobics, jump rope training, resistance balls, drills, plyometrics, and body weight exercise that tone the body. An excellent total body workout without bulking up.  Suitable for all fitness levels. Available at Coleman Gym and Facebook Live.

Water Aerobics

Water group exercise designed for Special population uses modified moves for individuals who may have limitations such as: hip replacement, poor circulation, pregnant, etc.  Since these classes are slower, they are also great for Seniors. (Special populations, seniors)
