Sip on wine while practicing yoga! Yoga reduces anxiety, relaxes the body and mind, and is, of course, fun! (The wine helps, too.) Yogis say the same relaxation benefits are found from practicing yoga as one glass of wine. This event pairs sipping wine with practicing yoga asanas to bring you into a deeper state of relaxation. This event is open to ages 21 and older.
