Joe E. Mann Ballroom

Rent the Joe E. Mann Center ballroom at very reasonable rates for your special occasions. Hold your prom, family reunion, holiday party or military function at this state of the art facility.

The Joe E. Mann Ballroom is a first class facility that is made available for the use of military I.D. card holders (Active Duty, Retired, Civilian employees and their family members) at a reasonable cost.

Rental Fees

Rental Fees:

Non- Military Function: Ballroom rental is $1,000 per eight (8) consecutive hours, $125 per additional hour(s). There is $500 security deposit returned after your event (allow up to 14 to 21 days for your deposit to be mailed to the mailing address above.)

Deposit: $500 security deposit and ½ of rental fee is due upon signing contract, the remaining balance is due within 30 days of signing the contract. If less than 30 days full payment is due.

Unit Non-Military Function: Ballroom rental is $500 per eight (8) consecutive hours, $62.50 per additional hour(s). There is $250 deposit returned after your event (allow up to 14 to 21 days for your deposit to be returned to your unit funds or by check.)

Deposit: $250 security deposit and ½ of rental fee is due upon signing contract, the remaining balance is due within 30 days of signing the contract. If less than 30 days full payment is due.

Official Military Function: No Charge
Fund Raisers: Not permitted

If events are catered by the Fort Jackson Club System, the rental cost of the ballroom is half price. A copy of the signed contract for catering is required.

We do not cater, decorate, nor provide set-up for any function. We do not have linens or cooking utensils within the building.

Alcoholic Beverages: Only beer, wine and champagne are allowed. No hard liquor is allowed on the premises.

The sponsor (I.D. Card Holder) renting the ballroom will be present when the ballroom is being set up and will remain present the entire duration of the function. A Joe. E. Mann staff member will be present for the duration of the function, but will not provide any assistance for set up, preparation, cleaning, removal of personal belongings or trash removal. The staff member on duty will inspect the premises at the close of the function with the sponsor. Tables and/or chairs will be left in place at the close of the function and Joe E. Mann staff members will put them away.

Security deposit will be used for damages or exceeding contracted time frame. Prices are subject to change without notice.
