Mommy & Me Yoga uses traditional Yoga postures and techniques that parents can do with their children to practice Yoga.  These postures focus on calming moves for relaxation, balanced moves to improve focus and a few challenging moves for laughter.  Moves are designed for parents with toddlers and up.  Postures can be done with infants as well with slight adaptations.

Breathing and body alignment are reinforced with every move.  We will feature static postures and weave them into a flow series traditional to Yoga practice.  Yoga practice ends with relaxation pose which parents can reinforce at home to instill calmness and relaxation.

Yoga mat

Towel

Bottle of water

Strap (a cloth belt without the buckle)
